Miss Foster, or Matron Cofelia of the Five-Straighten Classabindi Nursery Fleet-Intergalactic Class as she is sometimes referred to, was one of the wet nurses set out to breed new Adipose, after their home planet went missing. Miss Foster looked like an ordinary human businesswoman, with blonde hair and a 'super nanny' look. She was given her job from the Adiposian First Family, whose orders were to breed a new generation of these Adipose. She had seeds, but needed somewhere for them to be born. She found Earth, after traveling across the galaxy, and thought it was a great place for them, as many of the humans were obesity on a high scale. In London, she set up a company called Adipose Industries, to secretly make the new off-spring. She made diet pills, which was a very good and effective way of losing weight. But, for the humans, they weren't in such luck. These pills were disguised Adipose seeds. It meant that it would cause human fat (or adipose tissue) to go through parthenogenesis, thus creating some Adipose children. From these people who took the so-called 'pills', a new Adipose would be born every night, while the human was sleeping, and Miss Foster's trusted followers would collect them. When all the children were fully ready to be born, she sped up the process, putting many people in potential danger of death, if the Doctor had not stopped her. When many new Adipose were born, the March of the Adipose began, with many blobs of fat in the street, creating ten thousand new off-spring. All the humans survived, and a good outcome was the loss of weight caused. Unfortunately, before the march, Stacy Campbell, an ordinary person which Donna asked a few questions about Adipose Industries, was reduced to a number of baby Adipose due to the Adipose Industries, due to a pendant Donna had received from the company. A Nursery Ship arrived in the city to take the Adipose away, with beams of light, flying up into the ship. The First Family, who knew what they were doing was illegal, by laws of the Shadow Proclamation, decided to get rid of Miss Foster, by allowing her to drop to her death, from the height of the Adipose Industries building! And so, she was never spoken of again. She had had a large amount of gadgets, most of which we probably did not see, including her Sonic Pen which she tried to use against the Doctor in a number of different ways, and acted just like the Doctor's screwdriver. In one circumstance, she used it to cut through ropes of metal holding up a window-cleaning lift, with the Doctor and Donna in. Luckily, the Doctor's sonic was too powerful, and she dropped it, landing in the Doctor's hand.
