In Scotland, there was a group made up of humans, called the Brethren, who were much like Monks, and believed in their own religions they made up. When we saw them, they were dressed in orange robes, and sometimes wore brown cloaks. They were bold, and were very good at the marshal arts, but they did not use guns all that often. A spaceship crashed sometime in the 1540s, containing a small werewolf, and they believed that they had to try and help it. Instead of worshipping God, as they used to, they started worshipping the wolf instead. They got so obsessed by their religion that they wanted the werewolf to bite Queen Victoria, so she would then become a wolf as well. So in 1879, they led her to a house, which they had taken over, in the middle of Scotland (Torchwood House), and planned the whole thing, led by Father Angelo. They were wanting to start 'The Empire of the Wolf', but the plan was stopped by the Doctor. One strange thing was that the Werefolf was afraid of mistletoe, and they used the plant to keep the werewolf away, fearful of it biting them. This may mean that they trained the werewolf into thinking it was scared of it.
